2010 Expedition

The vessel left the port of Québec City on July 2nd and headed to Hudson Bay in support of the ArcticNet marine-based research program. The CCGS Amundsen then continued on through the Northwest Passage, carrying out sampling operations along the way. A first crew change took place on 12 August in Kugluktuk. From August 12th to  October 7th, ArcticNet researchers and their Industry collaborators collected data in the Beaufort Sea focusing on the recently awarded offshore exploration licenses by the Government of Canada.
