2017 Expedition
On May 31st, the CCGS Amundsen left the port of Québec City for the 2017 Amundsen Expedition to the Canadian Arctic and came back on October 12th. This year’s expedition was in support of several research programs, including ArcticNet’s annual marine-based research program; BaySys, a project that aims the understanding of the variability and changes of freshwater-marine coupling in the Hudson Bay System as well as Qanuilirpitaa?, a health survey that document physical and mental health amongst Nunavik communities.
